In short

  • We collect what you choose to send. The details you type into our contact and distributor forms.

  • We use it to reply to you. No marketing unless you separately agree to it.

  • We never sell personal data. Our staff and the providers who run the site and forms see it.

  • You stay in control. Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Who we are

This website is run by Infinite Vortex Ltd., which trades as INFIVOR. We are based in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), we are the data controller for the personal data you send us through this site. That means we decide how it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

Questions about this notice or your data? Email hello@infivor.ltd.

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, farm or company name, the topic you pick and your message.
  • Distributor application: your full name, phone number, business email, company or business name, territory of interest and what you tell us about your business.

With either form, we also receive the address of the page you sent it from. Fields marked “optional” can be left blank. We need the others to reply to you, so the form can’t be sent without them.

Please don’t put sensitive details, such as ID or bank account numbers, in a form.

Cookies and analytics

Our pages don’t set cookies, and we don’t use advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and icons are served from this website, not loaded from other companies.

Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn’t a bot. It isn’t used for advertising or to follow you around the web.

How we use it

We use your details only to:

  • reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our conversation;
  • arrange demonstrations and training;
  • prepare quotes, lease-to-own plans and other financing options;
  • review distributor applications and contact the people who apply.

We do this because you asked us to get in touch, or because we need your details to prepare a sale, plan or partnership you asked about.

We won’t send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who can see it

Your details are seen by the INFIVOR staff who handle your enquiry, and by the service providers that run parts of this website for us under contract:

  • Cloudflare Hosting and security

    Hosts this website and protects it from attacks. To do this, it processes technical data such as IP addresses. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company with a worldwide network, so this data may be handled outside Ghana.

  • Web3Forms Form delivery

    Delivers what you send through our forms to our email inbox. Its servers are outside Ghana, in the United States (Amazon Web Services, US-East).

We never sell personal data. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires us to, for example when a court orders it.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to business with us, we delete it within 12 months, including the copy kept by our form provider. If it does, for example because you buy a drone or become a distributor, we keep what we need while we work together, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your details safe, and we limit who can see them. Our forms send your details over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

If a data breach puts your details at risk, we will tell the Data Protection Commission and the people affected as soon as reasonably possible.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to:

  • Show you your data. Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct it. Put right anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete it. Remove details that are out of date, no longer needed or shouldn’t have been collected.
  • Stop using it. Object to how we use your details, including for any marketing.

How to ask

Email hello@infivor.ltd and tell us what you’d like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We aim to reply within 21 days.

Email us

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ghana’s data protection regulator, at dpc.gov.gh (opens in a new tab), or file a complaint online (opens in a new tab).

Changes to this notice

We’ll update this notice when the way we handle personal data changes, or when the law does, and change the date at the top of the page.
